At Shaktea Kombucha, we take pride in our meticulous brewing methods, producing small batches that ensure quality and freshness. We use top-notch filtered water, organic fair-trade teas, and organic cane juice in our exceptional leach-free brewing vessels, all while closely supervising the brewing process. We personally handle the bottling to maintain our high standards. Our kombucha is nurtured in a warm environment accompanied by the soft rhythms and enlightening melodies of Vedic music – celebrating the eternal music of the natural world. We recognize the impact of our surroundings, which is why we cultivate a peaceful atmosphere during the creation of Shaktea Kombucha. We prioritize the ingredients, ensuring that our kombucha is certified USDA organic.

What to expect in your bottle

When you choose Shaktea Kombucha, remember that it’s a raw, live beverage (we would never pasteurize it and lose its beneficial properties!). You might come across small strands of culture or a more significant amount known as SCOBY (affectionately referred to as « the blob, » « floaties, » « the multi-vitamin, » or simply « the good stuff ») in your bottle. Feel free to consume it with your drink, discard it, or even start brewing your own kombucha!

Strawberry Twist

This isn’t just any strawberry lemonade. We blend pureed whole organic strawberries, packed with vitamin C, fiber, folic acid, and potassium, with organic lemon juice and our Shaktea Kombucha to create a flavor that delivers a delightful tartness.

Mango Tango

Renowned as the king of fruits, mangoes symbolize life in India and are a fantastic source of antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals. We expertly balance the sweetness of mango with the tangy punch of kombucha, resulting in a light and refreshing beverage that doesn’t overwhelm the subtle flavors of our Shaktea Kombucha.

Ginger Blues

Combining the health benefits of ginger with the antioxidant-rich blueberries, which hold the top rank among fruits, our Ginger Blues flavor is a powerhouse. Blueberries provide vitamin C for immune support, while also promoting good vision and memory. We keep the goodness intact by including a blend of fresh-pressed organic ginger and whole organic blueberries, pureed in small batches for a quality taste.

Gingerale

We love the fusion of ginger and kombucha, not only for its delightful taste but also for the therapeutic benefits ginger offers. Known for alleviating stomach discomfort and nausea, ginger also possesses antioxidant properties and provides anti-inflammatory effects. We freshly press our organic ginger for each small batch, complemented with organic lemon and lime juice for an exceptionally fresh and zesty gingerale.

Ginger Blush

Ginger Blush combines the sunny taste of organic raspberries, rich in vitamin C and manganese, with the warmth of fresh-pressed organic ginger, delivering a Shaktea Kombucha blend that allows you to savor the essence of summer all year long.
